Thermostat fixed, now what!

The deer were back this morning, but not after the roses, today they were having apples.  I had planned on starting right in on the thermostat today, but it was raining.  Once I was finished on the computer I went out to the shop and worked on the Corsair retracts some more.  I was all engrossed in them when Vera came in and said "the sun is out and it looks like it will last awhile", I hadn't even looked out the window all morning!  I got the tools and the job went pretty good, I was done in about an hour.  When I started it to check for leaks, I noticed a bad oil leak in the line to the oil filter.  I shut it down and we ended up at NAPA getting a new one ordered.  They had said it would be in at 11:30 tomorrow, but called later and said it showed up with their afternoon delivery.  I picked it up on the way to the model club meeting in Longview.  Only four of us showed up for the meeting, so it was pretty short.  We had a nice time visiting before and after it.  I had taken some starters that were given to me to the meeting to give away, but everyone there already had two or three, so I put them on the LCRC Forum.
