My Birthday

The trains woke us up this morning but we managed to get some more sleep before getting up and starting the day.  I went up and registered first thing, when we got here last night they were closed but the sign said "Pick an empty Space and Register in the Morning".  We had to move to the other end of the line because the one we were in was reserved for part of the time we want to be here.  After breakfast we went up and scheduled an appointment at an RV repair place so they could take a look at a seal I found leaking.  After we got that arranged we went up to Veda and Loren's to visit.

Veda fixed pizza and salad for lunch, Tami and Gary showed up as we were eating to have lunch with us.  It was sure nice getting to see everyone again.

This afternoon we went for a ride around the area, had a birthday treat at the Benson Ice Cream Shop  and picked up some things at Safeway.  Veda and Loren came by to see the motor home so we showed them a lot of what we had done.  Vera had bought german chocolate cake for my birthday and I had it instead of dinner.  This evening I got caught up on the 146 emails that were in my inbox.   Even though I deleted most of them it still took quite a while.  I had a good birthday, I sure don't feel 81 which I think is a good thing.
