Rhubarb Crisp

Vera and I were looking at all the things in bloom tonight and were surprised that everything seems to be blooming at the same time.  In addition to the this azalea, the dogwoods, rhododendrons, magnolia and lilacs are in bloom. 

I did some cleaning in the front half of the shop today, I even mopped the floor.  Vera said I should take a picture of the floor but I didn't think that would be too interesting so I took a picture of the planes hanging from the ceiling.

After bible study Vera went out and picked the rhubarb, she thought there were only a couple of stalks ready but ended up finding quite a few.

She chopped them up and made our favorite rhubarb crisp.

While it cooled we made a run to town for some Caramel Delight ice cream and boy was it good.

The dogwood tree that Michelle got Vera years ago looks very nice this year.  I sprayed weeds this afternoon and worked on the Trex 500 helicopter this evening, it is almost ready to go.
