Mother's Day

Friday 5-7-2021

James delivered a hanging basket from them to Vera for Mother's day.  We had a really nice visit afterwards and showed him what we have been doing.

5-9-2021 Mother's Day 

Mik called on Saturday and invited us to a Mother's Day breakfast at the 49er on Sunday.  We had a great breakfast and a good time getting caught up with what had been happening.  We also shared some of our favorite memories.

After breakfast we had a photo session out in the parking lot.  Vera surprised Michelle with a wash cloth she had knitted.

Somehow we didn't end up getting Mik or I into a picture.  Mik brought us some of the jerky and cold smoked cheese he had made on the Traeger.  It is really good and there is not enough left for a picture.  It was a good time and we are all looking forward to getting together again at Jacob's birthday party next week.
