I did not walk this morning, my knee hurt where I had gotten down on it to take some pictures at the game last night. Then I developed an optic migraine, and my arm was hurting, so I did not do much this morning. After a nap, I felt better and decided to take the recycling down to the drop off in town.
While I was loading the cans, I heard a bunch of squealing and here came Steve giving Ava and Harper a ride on the lawn mower. Boy were they loving getting to drive! Later I heard more squealing and now they were running through the sprinkler. I went over and watched that until my cheeks hurt from smiling! Then, I had a call from Jackie, John Patrik had his MRI for the Cochlear Implants today and everything went fine. She also mentioned that he is learning sigh language and has four of them down pretty good, the one he does best is "More", he also has seven teeth now. After our recycling run, we loaded the old water heater up and took it to Waste Control. We were sure surprised when they paid us $10 for it, I would have paid that to get rid of it! After a stop at Safeway, we came home, Vera vacuumed the van and then we washed it. While Vera was fixing dinner, I washed half the motor home. After dinner, Vera rinsed while I washed and we finished it in no time. I spent a little time this evening in the shop putting together a new rotor head for the mini helicopter.
