This is the award Jenny was handing out to people who participated in the church talent show. The candy was great, those are just the empty wrappers. I was wide awake at 5 this morning, I finally gave up and got up about 6. I watched the news, checked emails and went on Facebook until it was time to go down for the Methodist Men's breakfast. There was just about everything you could imagine to eat at breakfast and it was all great. I had a nice time visiting with the guys and kids that were there. Of course the big meal and lack of sleep meant I took a nap about 10 this morning.
Vera found a pansy in bloom in one of the pots on the deck, it was kind of ragged looking, but maybe spring is getting closer. I spent the afternoon unloading the motor home and arranging a different batch of planes to fly in it. I did some maintenance on the Corsair, then I finally had to give up trying to fit it into the bedroom of the motor home, it is just too big. It will have to spend it's life hanging in the shop and riding in the aisle when I take it out to fly. Vera made a great pot pie for dinner and I was sleepy again so I kept on the move afterwards.
