Good Timing!

We cancelled out on walking this morning because of the rain.  About noon we headed for Kalama to give Mik a hand with an electrical switch.  We stopped at the post office on the way and there was a letter from Marie asking Vera to pick up some things for her.  Talk about great timing, we were going up to see her before the club meeting in Centralia tonight.  After helping Mik, we headed North and stopped at Walmart to pick up the things.  We had a really nice visit with Marie before going to dinner.  On the way, we stopped at the Nike outlet store to look for some shoes for me.  No luck there, so we went to the New Balance outlet store.  They were really helpful and I found a pair I liked, as we were leaving, we got hailed on getting into the car.  After dinner at Arby's we went to the meeting, 18 members were there, so lots of visiting went on before the meeting.  The meeting ran a little long as several people were discussing some issues, but it finally ended and we headed home.
