Right after Vera was done with her walk, we headed out to visit her sister, Marie. We spent several hours with her and had a good time getting caught up and reminiscing. After a nice lunch at Skipper's, we stopped by to visit Bob and Nancy. Vera showed them the scarf she was making with yarn they had given her. When we left there, we headed home via Jackson Highway.
Always on the lookout for interesting buildings, I spotted this contrast along Jackson Highway near the Toledo Airport.
At Toledo we headed over to the Westside Highway and saw this barn. The trip home with photo stops took us an hour and eight minutes. I had a model club meeting in Longview this evening. The members went and flew afterwards by the fairgrounds. This day really seemed to fly by! I hope yours did too.
