I headed out for the club work party at 8:30 this morning. Several people were already working when I got there.
We ended up with 8 club members putting up the safety fence. We were done in a little over an hour and had a short club meeting afterwards. All during the work party Michelle was texting me with updates of James' baseball game. He hit good today and made some awesome throws to put runners out. They ended up winning 12 to 6.
Mik, Michelle and James took Vera, Bev and myself to the Red Lobster for a Mothers Day dinner. The food was great and we had a good time visiting.
James wanted a picture showing how he had gotten taller than his Mom.
The girls got Vera plants for Mothers Day. We have been wanting something to cover the propane cylinder for the fire bowl and they worked great.
I wish all the mothers out there a very happy day tomorrow!
