At 8 AM this morning I was on my way to the flying field. It was the best day of flying so far this year, light winds and tee shirt weather. I got in lots of flights and had a really good time. It was a long day, I got home about 6.
After I got home I painted the hole that I had repaired for the new freezer. Then Vera and I went out on the deck and enjoyed the evening watching the Firebowl. It is almost hypnotic watching the flames. All of a sudden there were lots of sirens, so I got out the scanner to see what was going on. There was motor cycle accident up the road, followed closely by a house fire.
Vera enjoying the warmth of the fire. It was nice out there with the music playing.
