Vera went to class at church this morning and I went out to the shop to continue my organizing. I decided to surprise Vera and show up for church, she was surprised! They had a nice service today and most people stayed for the social time afterwards. When we got home I notice a bird that we had never seen by the feeders. I got the camera out and took a bunch of pictures of it.
After looking in the bird book and comparing it to my pictures I decided it is a Mourning Dove. Correct me if I am wrong!
I just noticed the Goldfinches are back, Vera informed me they have been back for quite a while, I guess I never noticed. I spent the afternoon arranging in the shop and painting a set of shelves. We went to the 49ER for dinner. We both had the Captains Plate and really enjoyed it.
After dinner we went for a ride and noticed a complete rainbow, what nice way to finish the day.
