Day Twenty Five and Six

2-14-2019 Valentines Day
I didn't take a single picture today.  We went for a walk this morning, then it rained a little.  This afternoon we borrowed the Jeep again and I took Vera to the Olive Garden in Casa Grande for dinner.  The food was excellent and our server was very nice.

The Curve-bill Thrasher has been hard at work on the nest.
There is no way I would stick my hand or arm in around these thorns!
I did manage to work the lens of the Nikon P900 down among the cactus thorns and got this picture of the nest.  We found out later from Helen that two eggs were laid in it and one had hatched.
