UFO soon to be FO

After our mail run, I went out and started covering the camera plane. About Noon I went in and had lunch, just as we were finishing the girls went by and headed into the shop. I grabbed my camera and went out to visit.

They were just coming out of the shop after looking for me.

Harper is really a rock hound! She played in the gravel for a long time.

Then they went over to jump off the stump. Ava was hesitating and Harper came over to help her, well she pulled her right off the stump.

A little later, Steve was coaxing her to jump off and she was really paying attention.

I made good headway on the covering of the camera plane today. I just have one piece on the bottom, the top of the tail boom and the elevators left to do. The hinge slots are all cut so it will be easy to finish that step. Of course I have put off mounting the motor onto the wing until last, but hopefully that will not take too long. The Un- Finished Object will soon become a Finished Object. I sure enjoyed my time outside today, hope you were able to also.
