Ratta Tat, Ratta Tat!

I was coming back from a visit to the Robinson's when I heard Ratta Tat, Ratta Tat! The Red Headed Woodpecker was on my antenna mast again sending signals. I went in the house and got the Canon to take a picture of it and when I came out it was gone. I went over by the bird feeders and there was lots of activity.

These two kept a close eye on me as I got closer and finally flew away.
The ground feeders was a little braver looking for sunflower seeds that had been dropped. I gave up and went in the shop to work on planes until Vera got home from church. When she came out to get something out of the freezer for lunch the woodpecker was back on the antenna so I went in and got the camera again. This time he did not fly off so I got several pictures of him. Another sign of spring!
The rest of the afternoon was spent working on planes until dinner time. Bull Riding was on so I ended up watching the rest of it after I ate. Then I got a little more work done on the planes before Vera said she was making cookies! Boy did the dough taste good! The cookies aren't bad either.
