Another trip to Vancouver!

I had another appointment in Vancouver this morning. This one was a little later, 8:25 to take pictures inside my eyes. As we went out to leave I saw these rabbit tracks going across the driveway. It must have been going pretty fast as it is a long ways between the tracks. It is nice to know our little friends have survived the cold and snow.

It was a lot easier drive this morning and we got there in plenty of time to go have breakfast. We ate and still got checked in 25 minutes before the appointment. That turned out great as they called me right away. They dilate your eyes and take pictures of the inside, then they inject a dye into your arm and take a series of pictures as it flows into the arteries and veins of the eye. It only takes a few seconds to get from the arm to the eye. It is a strong dye as it turned my skin yellow for a while. Because I got in early we were able to get home in time for Vera to attend her bible study. Since my eyes were still dilated I spent most of the morning inside. After Vera got home and we had lunch I went over for my daily twins visit.

Harper sat on my lap for quite a while playing with the phone. While Ava spun in circles doing Ring around the Rosie. They were great fun today, I ended up taking 25 pictures of their activities. It is hard to chose which ones to put on here.

They were having cookies when I left, as I was putting my coat on Harper said "Bye Bye" and waved. Ava wouldn't wave or say anything today, she was busy with her cookie.

It finally looks like the snow is going away, but I will believe it when I see it. The temperature was 32 when I locked up the shop.

I got the tail glued on my camera plane this afternoon. I have been having good results getting things lined up with the laser. It sure makes it easier than all the measuring I used to do.
With any luck that is the last of my appointments for awhile, at least I hope so!
