Fortunately Steve decided to burn the brush pile today so we were able to take a lot of limbs over to it.
Some of it has burned but this is basically how the pile looked when we started.
The last time I went over to check the fire, this is how it looked. As I was using the mower to blow the small limbs off the lawn, the electric clutch for the mower deck came loose and broke some stuff underneath. Steve came over and towed it back to the shop so I now have another project. After a quick shower it was warm enough out that I put on shorts and sandals. It was a first for the year at home, but I got to wear them a lot in Arizona. I discovered the pond was low so I hooked up the hose to fill it and used the net to take out a bunch of slime and leaves. We had a nice visit from James this evening, he is always so much fun to talk to.
