I had a noon meeting today with the Cowlitz Valley Radio Control Club at Goble Oregon, we were the first ones there so I did some touch up mowing. The meeting was at noon and lasted about twelve minutes, we mainly discussed a barbecue next month and the loss of this field in September. They are supposed to start work turning this area into wet lands then. The picture of the field was taken about two in the afternoon after the meeting and the camera is facing Northwest.
This was taken with the camera pointed Southwest. I used my quad with the GoPro on it to take both pictures from about one hundred feet up. It was a nice day, but pretty windy the peak gust was twenty miles per hour. I got in quite a few flights and did some visiting so we ended up being the last ones to leave. After dinner at Skipper's we headed home and I ran up to feed Sam. I let him play outside for about a half hour and he had a great time breaking a fir limb into smaller pieces.
