Sam

While Vera was at bible study I got the tail rotor gearbox installed in the Cobra.  I started to put the main rotor transmission in when I discovered that I only had two shock mounts for the landing gear.  I stopped working on it and repaired a gear door that was loose on the Bonanza.  After Vera got home and had lunch, we ran up and let Sam out for some exercise.  I threw the tennis ball for him until he spotted a small branch and started banging it on the ground.  I pointed out what he was doing to Vera and she got out of the car to watch.  Sam ran right up by her and showed her the stick and proceeded to bang it all around her before going back into the yard and breaking it in half.  Then it was back to the tennis ball.  After I put Sam back in the house, we made a run to Longview to see if I could find a shock mount.  No luck there, so I came home and found some online.  I also remembered there were some on my other Cobra, so I robbed a couple.  I didn't accomplish as much as I had planned on today, I was a little tired from yesterday's adventures.
