Door

It was a little chilly on our walk this morning, a little fog or low clouds were still hanging around the Rock.
Vera made bread this morning after our walk, then she sliced it, put 3 kinds of cheese on and put it back into the oven to melt.  Boy was it good, that is all that was left after lunch.
The bread must have energized me, because I went out and pulled the brake drums on the Suzuki.  The left front had a frozen up brake cylinder and the shoes were worn down, so I will rebuild both sides on the front, the rear brake looked great.  When I finished that, I started building a door for the firewood bin.  We had a problem before with squirrels getting in there and making nests.
The magnetic wrist strap was sure handy when I was putting those little screws in the plywood.
I got it all done and it fit!  I put the hinges and latch on before I quit for the day.  I still have a couple of areas to seal up, but the hard part is done.  We picked up dinner at BK, then we went down to Lions Pride Park and watched the fishermen while we ate.  It was a nice evening, we cruised around town with the windows down before heading home.  I watched Thursday Night Football until the score was 35-0, then I deleted it and watched motorcycle racing, it was a lot more interesting!
We were out on the deck watching the sunset and trying to get a picture of it, but none looked that good.  I started taking pictures of the solar light, it started as a bird feeder with solar lights that I got at the family garage sale.  The solar cell and batteries still worked fine, but the LED wiring was all messed up.  I put a high intensity LED in the top and aimed it at a diamond shaped prism I got at Micheal's.  It has been hanging out there for a couple of years now, in the background you can see the LED solar rock lights shining on the burning bush and rose bush.
