Flying Tuesday

Vera and I were the first ones there and Vera got some pictures of me putting the P-39 together.
James stopped by and got in a couple of flights with his Yak 55P before going fishing with Chris.  In the picture he had just helped Vera get a bee out of the motor home and was swatting some that were hovering around.
I had a good time flying the Stearman and the DR-1 both of which I have not had out for quite a while.  I also managed to crash the P-51 Old Crow when I lost it in the haze up high and could not focus on it again.  The damage wasn't too bad, two breaks in the fuselage and a broken prop.  When I get it repaired it will be bright yellow in the Bob Hoover color scheme.
Mt Rainier was looking good today.
This is Steve coming in to land with a T-28.  You can sure tell where the freezing level was on Mt St Helens.
Jackie sent this picture of Cora today with a Junior Park Ranger vest on, she is pretty darn cute.
