Boy did I sleep good last night. This morning I did the first part of the repair to the P-51 I dinged on Tuesday, then I went in and finished yesterday's blog. One of the Lewis county club members came by and returned some DVDs I loaned him while he recovers from an accident. I showed him the changes I had made to the Pitts and we talked until his arm started bothering him and he headed home. After he left I epoxied the second break in the P-51 fuselage, I was going to start on the new cabane struts for the Pitts but decided I needed a break. Vera and I made a mail run then went home over the Headquarters Rd, South Silver Lake Rd and Schaffran Rd. Vera took this picture of Mt Rainier from Schaffran Rd. It looks a lot different from there than it does from the flying field
Wouldn't you know it, Debbie stopped by while we were out on our little ride, we just barely missed her. She texted me and stopped by a little later for some advice about wiring and to visit.
Vera and I had a great time holding Jordon while we visited with Debbie.
