Centralia Run

Marie needed some supplies, so we made a run to Longview this morning to pick them up.  Then we headed up to Centralia to deliver them.  We had a great time telling Marie what the new pictures were on her picture frame.  I have been taking pictures of the house being built on the property she donated to the Habitat for Humanity.  We went by and took a new set on the way home and I will add them to the SD card the next time we go up.  Marie really enjoys seeing the progress.   By the time we got home, my Achilles was really sore.  When I took my sock off to ice it, I discovered why, the elastic at the top of the sock ran right across the sore spot.  I spent the rest of the day icing it and taking it easy, by the time I went to bed it was feeling pretty good.
