Boy was it cold this morning, we went out a couple of times and came right back inside. After lunch, I ran up to let Sam out and it was beautiful, lots of sunshine and no wind. Sam was loving it chasing the tennis ball, but he finally decided to check out the limbs in the brush. He would look up at me once in a while, like he was checking to make sure I was still there. I hollered for him to bring the ball a couple of times but he was too interested in the limbs. I finally went up by the fire pit and sat down but he didn't come to check on me being out of sight like he has some times. I gave Barry a call and had a nice visit with him, after about 15 minutes I walked over where I could see Sam.
Sure enough, he had pulled this limb out in the lawn and was wrestling it around. This time when I asked him where the ball was, he went and got it. I threw it a few more time and we called it a day. I put one flight on the quad today, it is working really nice. This evening I had a club meeting at Stuffy's II. I had a nice time talking to a new member before the meeting while I ate my fish and chips. After the meeting I spent quite a while talking with a member who is taking flying lessons in a Piper Pacer.
