B-36 Day

I had nothing going today, so I decided to work on the B-36.  On the way to the shop to turn the heat up, I noticed the flowers in the Strawberry planter, so it was back in the house for the camera to take a few pictures.  Don't ask me what kind they are, but I like them.
Our Rhododendron's are finally blooming, they should be looking great next week.
I worked on the bottom of the B-36's wing all morning while Vera was at bible study.  Attaching the covering around the air intakes was a tedious job, after the right side was done I was ready for a break for lunch.  After lunch and a visit from the twins that ended with me going back to grandma's with them,  I finished the left side intakes.
After dinner I went out and put the first piece of covering on the top of the wing.  I decided to call it a day when that was done, my back was aching and my knee was swollen from all the standing.  A short nap on the heat pad during Jeopardy and the back felt much better, so here I am doing this.
