Snow and Concert

12-1-2022

We got a light dusting of snow on Tuesday but this morning we had about an inch.  Wednesday turned out to be a nice day and I even got a flight on my helicopter. While Vera was at bible study.

Wednesday I woke up with another blister on my ankle.  I took a picture of it and sent it to my dermatologist.  I got a call today and they scheduled me for an appointment next Tuesday.  Kaiser called later and wanted to know if I could come in at 3:40, since we were planning on going to James' choir concert tonight I said it would work out great.  During the appointment they did a biopsy of the blister and I took this picture as I came out of Vera waiting in the Mitsubishi.  I decided that since they had put stitches in maybe I had better go home and prop it up so it didn't swell any worse than it was.  James had found a link to a live streaming of the concert so we went home and watched it online.  I am sure glad we did because when the deadening wore off I could hardly walk.  James would have been having to carry me out.
Michelle texted me a picture of the program so we could keep up with what was being sung.
I did some screen captures during the streaming and the next day on a recording that was on Vimeo.
This is another screen capture that shows James during a song.
Michelle sent me this picture of James with his friend Zach who is also a tenor in the choir.

Since the concert I haven't done much except keep my leg elevated.  I did make it out to the shop for a little while today as my ankle is feeling much better.
