I had an 8:30 eye appointment in Vancouver this morning so we were up really early. Not knowing what the traffic on I5 would be like we left almost two hours early. I took this picture while I was waiting for my eyes to dilate after they put drops in them. The appointment went great, there were no changes since my last visit. Next we headed over to the Vancouver Costco and filled a cart. We had already decided to have lunch at the Pacific Northwest Best Fish in Ridgefield. We learned the first time we ate there that the portions are generous so we shared an order this time. It is our place of choice to eat if we are in that area.
This is how the plum tree area looks now, I am sure glad that job is done! Yesterday I put the sharpened blades back on the mower deck. Then I put the deck back on the mower and leveled it. I did a little mowing after that and I think the lawn is going to look a lot nicer this summer.
The Bluebells and what ever the yellow flowers are sure look nice now.
