There was lots of frost on the roofs as I went out to get the motor home this morning.
We stopped at 4 Corners, got sandwiches and putted up the Westside to the field. I was expecting fog but it was sunny when we got there at 9:30, I could have come earlier. I got in two flights before anyone else showed up.
Mt St Helens sure looked nice with a fresh coat of snow. I think this picture will end up on our digital picture frame.
There ended up being eight club members there and everyone did some flying before the rain started about two. It didn't take long for everyone to be gone. I loaded up, had my sandwich, stopped for gas and we headed home. I had a good day of flying, my electric vest kept me nice and warm while I put two flights on each of the planes I had out. After things were put away we made a mail run, then I did some winterizing outside and a little work on the Vortex, one small step at a time.
