Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Sunday:
Church in the morning and pretty much nothing after that.

Monday:
I had a 9:30 dental appointment to get a crown fitted on the tooth that broke off a month or so ago.  It went fine, I will get the permanent crown in about two weeks.  I took it pretty easy for awhile until the Novocaine wore off.  It is so weird when your chin itches and then when you touch it you can't feel anything.  I did make it out to the shop and tried out a new charger that came today.  I really like it, easy to program and the display is in color which shows up much better than the LCD screen on my other chargers.

Tuesday:
A stay at home day, my mouth felt better this morning.  Vera was out taking pictures of the flowers today.  The hanging basket just seems to keep getting bigger, it must have liked the fish fertilizer I gave it last week.
We have lots of Sedum around and the color of this patch caught Vera's eye.  I got a transmitter working that I got with the bunch of stuff I bought last month.  It had been stored where it was damp and there was some corrosion on the circuit boards.  I cleaned everything up and coated it with Corrosion-X, it is made to keep marine equipment from being damaged by water and it works great.  I also found a missing part for one of my digital calipers and repaired it.  I spent a little time looking at the transmitter I burned up and ended putting it back together for now.

Wednesday:
I went to the Vault this morning for a gathering called "Coffee with the Pastor", something they are planning on doing every Wednesday.  I had not been in the old bank building for about 50 years so it was very interesting to look at the old architecture.  I don't like coffee, so I had an Italian Soda, a first for me and I really liked it.  Eight people showed up and we had a nice time visiting.  When I got home, my new transmitter was there so I started some batteries charging and studied the manual.  I ended up getting five models programmed into it and made two flights on my little quad with it.  I had just downloaded the videos from the quad and I was watching them when Barry and Mona showed up.  They are all moved out of their house and the final papers get signed Friday.  We had a short visit with them before they settled in after a busy day.  They have to be up early tomorrow as Mona flies out of PDX around nine in the morning.
