Wings and wheels, then my new Sukhoi will be done. I worked on it most of the day, installing new servos and the cowl. The first servos I put in it had some internal play so I could move the control surfaces about 1/8 of an inch. That is not good for an aerobatic plane, they will be OK for a smaller slower plane. When I was done with them, I spent quite a while getting the cowl centered on the prop shaft, then I polished the spinner and mounted it and the prop. One wing just needs the servo installed and it will be done. The other one needs the aileron glued on and the servo installed, something I can probably finish tomorrow.
As I was headed into the house for the last time, I noticed this cloud above the house so I took a picture of it with my cell phone. This evening we went to Debbie's for an early family Easter dinner, Debbie has to work Sunday and this was the day that worked best for everyone. We had a great time, good food, stories and lots of laughter. I also got to look over Josh's race car, quite a project, we got the race schedule and will probably take in a couple this summer.
When we got home from Debbie's the moon and clouds looked really nice, so I got the camera and went out for some pictures.
I also took this picture with my cell phone. It is not quite as clear, but not bad!
