It took most of the afternoon, but I got the wings done and the wheels put on. The wings went about like I expected, but the wheels took a little longer. I decided to put the wheel pants that came with the kit on, but I made a few changes. I put bigger wheels and axles in which meant I had to do some grinding and drilling. Then I changed the tail wheel linkage from bungee cord to coil springs. The last thing I did was add my contact information inside, it is an insurance requirement.
I think it is going to show up great in the air. The only thing left is programming the radio and it will be ready the next time we go flying.
