Lots of flying today!

It was off to Toledo after our walk for a little flying.  The forecast was for light winds until about 3 PM.  The winds were light, but every few minutes, they switched directions.  I had a good time shooting cross wind landings.  On the way up, the red Slow Stick sitting on the ground fell out of the motor home sink (Not a good place to transport it!) and broke the elevator and rudder.  It is sitting in the sun while the glue dries!  Only two other fliers showed up today, Jeff came by and visited but had to leave early so he never got a flight in.  Dick showed up towards the end of the day and got in a flight.  We had a good time talking to both of them.
I hadn't had Turbo Bee out for a long time, I forgot how much fun it was to fly.  Once while I was flying, I heard Vera and Dick talking about a tour bus, it turns out one was stopped at the field with 28 kids who got out and after a discussion they headed down the road for a hike.
I flew 9 different planes today and I made a total of 12 flights, it was a good day!
