Perfect Timing

It was perfect timing by the rain, it hit just as they were getting ready to start Cascade's track meet.  James marched right up and had Vera keep his cell phone so it would not get wet.
This is Vera at the track meet, we came pretty well prepared, with umbrellas and heavy coats.  The rain did let up some, but the wind never did!
James' first event was the long jump, I sure would not like landing in that wet sand.  His next event was the javelin, he did a new personal best of 107.7 feet.  We had dinner at Mik, Michelle and James', James packed up his things to come home with us as he is spending the weekend.  We stopped and got lunch materials for him on the way home and when we got home, James and I settled in to watch Air Force one and Sports Center.
