Valentines Day

Vera and I had planned on a Valentines Day Lunch to celebrate. We both felt like seafood and both choose Freddy's . Vera wanted to stop at Sears and get me an early birthday present (Sounded good to me!). She had chosen an impact driver I had looked at earlier.

After that we stopped at Paperbacks Galore so Vera could get a new book. I checked with the owner to see how her knee was doing as we had them done about the same time. She had both done and one is great, the other so so! At Freddy's we both had the Captain's Platter which resulted in us having lots to bring home. When we got home I went out and worked on the B-36 for a while and then took a break to see the girls.

They were outside when I got there. Rocks are a big thing with them now. They were carrying several around and brought a couple over to me. I had a great time coloring with them when we went in. Once the crayon box was in Harper's way so she looked around and set it on the floor. Shortly Ava noticed it was gone, hopped off her chair went around the table, got it and came back around to her chair with it. She put it up and a few minutes later Harper set it on the floor again. Pretty soon Ava was off after it again. The funny thing is, it was right beside her chair each time, but she went clear around the table to get it. Later in the session she tried writing on my head with a crayon.

I got lots done on the wing of the B-36 today. I made up most of the servo extensions and ran all the motor wiring. I was surprised when the motor wiring totaled up to be 39 feet. I also tested the impact driver and it works great! Thanks Vera!

I hope you had a Happy Valentines Day!
