Since the motor home was loaded, I decided to go flying this morning. I got to the field about 9:00. I put the umbrella up over the table, best idea I had all day. I flew a couple of light weight planes first before the wind came up. Then I tried the Eurofighter, still having problems with the nose wheel so it did not fly. Then I flew my F-4 and managed to break it's nose gear by stalling it on landing. The jets did not have a good day. My SU-29 and Stearman flew great and I put several flights on each one. It was getting pretty warm by Noon, but I was messing around with a camera mounted on the Stearman and ended up staying until a little after 1. By then it was really hot! When I got home I hooked the motor home up to power and started it's Air Conditioner. Then I beat feet for the house and it's AC, Boy did it feel good.
