85th Birthday

 It was a perfect day for my birthday, 75 degrees and lots of sunshine. I heard from most of the family via texts or phone calls.

This evening Barry and Mona took us and their friend Lauri to Almira's for a birthday dinner.

Then we came back to Barry and Mona's for carrot cake and ice cream.  What made the cake extra special was that Mona had made it.  I kind of fell off my diet tonight but it was all so good and such a special occasion that it was worth it!
