I went out to the shop at Noon and took the first picture, after texting with James and saying it wasn't snowing up here, I looked out the door and it was coming down like crazy. I texted him back and told him as he was thinking about coming up. Then I went in and took the second picture, a big change in one hour!
By four, we had three inches of snow and some rigs were having trouble on the Spirit Lake Hwy. While I was down looking things over the WDOT plowed the Hwy.. I got lots done out in the shop, the axle for the 4 wheeler is ready to go back in once it warms up a little. I also got the tail wheel on the Porter figured out and put in the push rod housing.
Vera took this picture of the snow coming down West of our house. I am sure glad I didn't have to go anywhere today.
After watching Thursday Night Football I made another trip out at 10:30 for pictures and to measure the snow. We were up to five inches, small flakes coming down and it was 29 degrees.
