Dental Appointments

I didn't take any pictures yesterday or today, so this is throw back Thursday.  This picture was taken June 4th 2000 at the Goble field.  I still have the plane, it is torn down to fix a minor problem and then it will be recovered.

This is my friend Dick who I was flying with that day.  We had lots of fun racing with the little P-51 in the background.  I had one just like it, even colored the same so I would fly upside down while we raced.  Every time one of us would figure out something to make our plane faster we would pass it on to the other after a couple of races.  James and I really missed him after he passed away.  Both Vera and I had dental appointments today.  I did a little work on one quad this morning, then after I let Sam out, we headed down to Kaiser.  Both of our appointments went great, I have to go back for one small filling where a piece of tooth has broken off.  We had dinner at Skipper's on the way home and then stopped at Safeway to do a little shopping.  It is sure nice using the motorized carts with this boot on.  Once we got home, I finished up the lights I was installing on the quad and then got one test flight on it.  The new light arrangement looked good as it was getting dark.
