It was really nice this morning, so I got the quad out early and took some pictures, this is the North end of the house and part of the pavers we have installed. I puttered in the shop, working on the Dr1's machine guns. They have lots of small parts, but I finally got them all glued together and ended up getting the first coat of paint before it was time to leave for James' baseball game.
Mark Morris JV had a double header today, James pitched a couple of innings and did pretty good, getting quite a few strike outs. They won the first game 11 to 6.
James played first during the second game, he got hit by a pitch at least once, maybe twice. I had to put this picture of him sliding into third in even though it was not in focus, he was safe! James got to end the game with a hit that drove in the run that put them 10 runs ahead for a mercy rule win.
After the game we stopped at Home Depot to pick up a couple of things and then headed home. I noticed the sunset was looking pretty, so I pulled off on Holcomb Rd and took a couple of pictures.
