Cascara job finished and the Caravan is ready to use.

5-2-2023
James came up today and we finished hauling the cascara debris away.  James had homework to do yesterday and I was really tired from Sunday's work.  James suggested it might be faster to drag the limbs away rather than cutting them down to sizes that would fit in the garden trailer.  He was right, we had a good system set up after a couple of loads and we were done much faster than I expected.

This is James headed to the compost pile with a load of limbs.

This is how it looked after we got done.  Dianne noticed the first time she came outside after they got back from Hawaii.

The pullout tray is pretty much all done now.  I can take it out flying when ever we have a nice day.
I added the racks to hold wings and fuselages of smaller planes.  It took one change of plans to get them sturdy enough to suit us.
I found a directors chair that would fit on the pullout and I have room for a couple of more small planes on this side.  I have a 50 Ah LiFePo4 battery mounted on the front of the pullout and I bought a 160 Watt folding solar panel to charge it with.  Next I will be using it and seeing if I need to change anything.  It has been a fun project but I am glad it is done.
