Day Three on the Wood Shed Roof

Thursday I was up early and checked Kaiser for flu shot appointments.  Lots were available so I signed us up for 10:00AM.  It wasn't like we expected, there was a line of people waiting.  We filled out the paperwork and sat down for a few minutes until we were called.  It turned out a lot of the people were waiting out their fifteen minutes after a Covid shot.

Friday we were pleasantly surprised when Debbie and Jacob stopped by for a visit.  I had a great time playing with puzzles he brought over from our toy area.  I even found a part off my first model airplane engine in the jar with checkers in it. We have no idea how it ended up there.

10-1-2022 Day Three

Today I wanted to finish the wood shed roof.  I was able to clean everything except the ridge cap with my sprayer setup.  First I cut off some cedar limbs that hung over the West end.  Then I moved the ladder so I could get at the ridge cap.  The zinc strips were holding so much debris that I decided to remove them while I was on the roof finishing the cleaning.  I still have to cut off those limbs hanging over the East end that show in the picture.  I will be able to do that without going on the roof.  We had a nice visit with Michelle this afternoon when she stopped by.  Of course I forgot to take a picture.
