Monday I got in a load of pellets so I would be ready for the cold weather that is forecast. I put on lots of layers so I was pretty comfortable even though the high was only 35 degrees. I put the charger on the motor home battery because it wasn't completely charged by the time we got home Sunday. In the evening I got most of the white done on the tops of the ailerons and flaps of the Porter. I also watched a couple of the recorded football games but I lost interest in them when my team wasn't winning so I deleted them.
Today I checked and the motor home battery was all charged so I was going to put the charger on the van but it started right up so I let it get warmed up and cleaned off the windows. I had checked tracking and my new kit the Miss Orleans Seaplane was at the Post Office so I used the van to go pick it up and take the recycling to the drop off site. It was cold enough that I stopped at the Vault and got a hot chocolate.
After I got home, I was feeling lazy so I used the mower and trailer to go get the garbage cans. I finished up the white on the last aileron and this evening I got all organized and put the red on the bottom of the right aileron. That went a little faster than the white, just the ends take a little while to get the red to end in the middle. It never warmed up much today, we had a low of 17 and a high of 30 according to my weather station.
