Walking

Since I started on the kitchen I have not done my exercises.  I felt like my leg was needing some exercise, so I decided to walk with Vera.  Today was my first time.  When we came out from under the PH-10 bridge, I was puffing a little, so Vera asked me if I was ready to quit, I answered, "if we could slow down, I will be fine".  She really goes now that she has been walking for a year.  I made it up to the bollard at the North end of town and then we headed back.  When we got back to the car, I had walked for a half hour and the muscles around my left knee felt kind of quivery.  I made a trip over to visit Steve and Dianne, I had a good time there, then it was out to the shop to do more cleanup.  Vera made a great lunch with a new Sloppy Joe recipe she found.  Boy, was it good, so good we had it again for dinner.  I spent most of the afternoon sorting and putting things away in a new parts cabinet.  I did do some work on the interior of my Super Cub, the seats that came with the interior kit sit way too high.  I ended up sawing 1/4 inch off the mount and the seats, they look much better now.  I would put a picture here, but I left the camera in the shop, maybe tomorrow.
